Adult 7v7 Summer League

(Note: There are two divisions in Open B -- B-1 and B-2. Teams were assigned somewhat randomly, and separate standings will be kept for each)

The GYS Adult 7v7 Summer League will be on Monday nights beginning July 7. The seven-week season will be played at Smith Soccer Complex, with games starting at 6:30, 7:45 and 9:00. The league is co-ed and will be comprised of three divisions – Open, Over 40 and Over 50. The online registration process will as soon as the system set-up has been completed. The cost will be $70. Players who participated in the GYS Spring season will receive a $10 discount.

Spring League Registration

Players and teams may now register for the Spring Adult League. The eight-week season will begin on March 1 and run thru April 29. Matches will be held at Bryan Park and Smith Soccer Complex.

The cost for new players (players who did not pay for Fall and Spring prior to the Fall season) is $80. The fee covers registration with North Carolina Amateur Soccer Association, referee fees, team jersey, league administration and a full season of matches.

Games will be played on Sunday afternoons and evenings at the Smith Complex.

Games will be 7v7 with two 35-minute halves.

The 8 game season will run from December 2 to February 3.

Game days: December 2, 9, 16, January 6, 13, 20, 27, February 3.

GYS will provide each player with a t-shirt.

$60 per player for the winter season.

Registration deadline is November 21 - if mailing check, must be postmarked by November 21

$10 late fee for any payments postmarked after November 21.

Open, Over 40 and Over 50 Leagues:

The Open league will be divided into an A and B divisions.
Over 40 teams may have 2 players ages 35-39 on their roster and
Over 50 teams may have 2 players ages 45-49 on their roster.
Women may play in any division regardless of age (must be born on or before 7/31/1990)

Any manager or captain who wants to form a new team must contact Tim Nash via email to confirm the team name, placement and attach roster if possible.

Players are to register individually and request their team by name. Any players that would like to participate and do not have a team should sign up and choose "Do not have a team."
